2019 Registration Information

The registration fee includes the Thursday evening opening reception in the Biddle Music Building on Duke’s East Campus (with Mediterranean tapas, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks), both concerts (tickets not required), bus transportation to Thursday’s concert, continental breakfasts at the conference hotel (including fruit, pastries, yogurt, granola, coffee/tea), and coffee and snack intermezzi between sessions (including nut trail mix, cookies, granola bars, and vegetables).

As in previous years, the business lunch (which will be on Saturday) and the banquet (Saturday evening) will be separate items.

The banquet will be held at Parizade restaurant (across the street from the conference hotel at 2200 W Main Street) and the menu includes spanakopita and kebab appetizers, salads, a choice of salmon, chicken, paella, steak, or farro, and a dessert choice of sorbet, fruits, orange cake, or praline torte. The banquet ticket includes one alcoholic beverage of your choice as well as coffee with dessert. Any additional beverages are by cash bar. http://parizadedurham.com/

The business lunch (at the conference hotel) will have a choice of turkey or vegetable wrap, garden salad, and a side of potato chips.
