2018 Annual Meeting: Conference Hotel

The conference will take place at the Hotel Boulderado, 2115 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302, (303) 442-4344, at reduced rates: $196 per night for a room with one queen bed and $216 a night for a room with either two queen beds or one king bed, both prices excluding taxes and fees. These rates can also be applied up to three days before or after the conference, subject to availability.

Please note: when you begin to make your hotel reservations online you will only see the lower of the two rates ($196). However, once you select your preferred dates, you will see all room types available at both rates ($196 and $216). The online descriptions also explain which rooms can accommodate rollaway beds.
